Four steps and your characters are registered.
Create a company account
Open an account with your company name and a contact name. Follow the email confirmation link and you are in the company console.
Register the characters in one go
Paste a list of names or upload a CSV to register the characters together. Each one gets its own rights_id.
Set the scopes and the terms
For each use, choose permitted, permitted after review, or refused. Anything you leave permitted turns into a contract without a further check.
Receive the usage log and the settlement
When a permitted generation happens on a connected AI service the record is added, and settlement statements follow that record.

Can a character be registered as a rights holder?
Yes. Choose the character and IP type and the character itself becomes the rights holder, with a rights_id issued. You set scopes and receive requests exactly as a human rights holder does.
Do you find unauthorised use for us?
No. Our matching engine compares human faces, so it cannot pick out a drawn character or an art style. What we do is keep your permitted scopes in a machine readable form, then log and settle the permitted generations that happen on connected services.
What if the company holds the rights rather than an artist?
That case is simpler. When your company holds the rights to the character there is no confirmation link to send to a person, so you register from the company account and handle the scopes and the contracts there too.
How much do we get paid?
The amount and the terms are agreed directly with the other side at the request stage. Registering, being listed and receiving requests are free, and a fee applies when a permission contract is signed and revenue is earned. Nothing is charged before a contract is signed.
