Create the company account
Create the account with your company name and a contact name, then confirm by email to enter the console.
Add an artist
Invite an artist with a stage name and an email. Send a confirmation link or manage the account yourself.
Register portrait and voice
Register the portrait from one front-facing photo and the voice by reading three sentences. The sentences are kept as the consent record.
Receive use-permission requests
Requests arrive for artists you published. Anything inside the scope you pre-approved becomes a contract without asking again.
What is free, and where cost begins
Registering artists, the public profiles and receiving requests are free. Cost only appears when a permission contract is signed, and the amount and terms are agreed directly with the other side during the request.

How is the artist's consent collected?
The invite sends a confirmation link to the artist's email. Once they consent through the link the account hands over to them; until then the company manages it. Rightis keeps the consent record.
Can we register artists the company manages directly?
Yes. You can register a profile under company management with no confirmation email, which is what agencies use for artists they represent under contract and for characters and virtual idols the company owns.
Who answers a use-permission request?
The company answers on the artist's behalf, choosing to approve, reject or change the terms. Anything inside the scope allowed in advance in the rights settings turns into a contract without a separate review.
Can we register without appearing in the public listing?
Yes. Public listing is a per-artist switch. With it off, other services cannot look the artist up or send requests, and you can turn it back on later.
